I pay on time every single month. Had a situation yesterday whereby I couldn't get meds as I did not activate my vault?????????????????/ Apparently you activate to "loan" money that was usually allocated to you and now you pay it back??????????!!!!!!!!!! On a monthly basis including your monthly instalment!!!!!!!!!!!
