fedhealt- money before peoples lives

i got a salary increase and wanted to switch to a better plan. fedhealth must be doing extremely well cause i was told in the fine print it says that you cant upgrade. are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!! i will be switching and posting how useless and pathetic they are on all social media platforms and advise people i know to also switch immediately and not even bother to even look at the options they have. i am also going to put a sticker on my car to warn other people about fedhealth. maybe then they will sit and think about the situation in this country where a medical aid is the most important thing to have. medical aid like doctors are suppose to help and not put anything before peoples lives. how those people sleep at night i have no idea but then again they have the best plans so sleeping tablets are free. sad and terrible situation.
