Fedhealh uneducated staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In March I went for back surgery had to get all the necessary authorisation codes to be admitted with a co payment. 5 months down the line I owe the hospital R 60 000.00 because the are not paying for prosthesus which was allocated and authorised. When phoning the fund they advised phone the hospital they must phone us and get new authorisation codes. Which was done. Got a call yesterday after all of this that the account has not been paid!!!!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted as i am paying a furtune every month R 5000.00 what are you paying this amount of money for? Are there problems with the amalgamation with the other medical aid but why go through all of this to get absolutely nothing. thanks Fedhealth a member for almost 5 years is this is the thank you.
