FED UP with Fedhealth

This is honestly 1 of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. On August 18th 2026, I sent Fedhealth a whatsapp to change my son's nominated GP. They agreed and told me this change is effective from August 1st 2026. Both the new and previous GPs are the same doctor, they just have several practices. My son saw the doctor on July 31st and when the doctor tried to claim under the old practice, it was rejected. When I queried the reason, I spoke to Joshua on whatsapp and was informed that there was no nominated GP for that day. According to him, the previous nominated GP was removed on July 30th 2026 and replaced with the new 1 on August 1st.

When I asked why the GP was removed on July 30th and not the 31st, he was evasive and answered questions that no one was asking even trying to make it seem as though I dont understand english. My question is simple, why was my son's nominated GP removed on July 30th and not the 31st. The fact that no one at Fedhealth can answer makes me think its just too much of a coincidence. The fact that my son saw the doctor on July 31st and that just happened to be the only day that he was without a nominated GP makes me think there was malicious intent. Now I am expected to pay the bill. Fedhealth needs to come clean!!!
