FED-UP with FEDHEALTH

Super Fed-UP with FedHealth! This medical aid doesnt care about its members. They recently changed to Family room medivault, which basically means a vault your money goes into and never comes out. This is supposed to be savings but the money is always not available and doctors and pharmacy claims are declined. No one answers the call centre calls, no one responds to emails and the chat bot is even worse!

I want my money back!
