Fed-up with Fedhealth

Funny, When approval was requested for the procedure it went to a so-called Fedhealth panel or something to get approved. It took almost 5 days for approval. Then Fedhealth approved, knowing it was a dr not on her option and it was a stage or still is stage 4 Endometriosis. She needed the operation as it was growing into her kidneys. Dr Mdluli in Nelspruit, who is on her option did not see fit to do the operation as it was in advance state. He revered her to dr Biko. So after 5 days approval was given and she went for the operation, now when payment comes they don't care. It's their member's problem and lots of stories. Its a procedure payment, not a consultation. I see this in two totally different categories. No FEDHEALTH want to get away with ****** here. Their members can suffer as long as they can pull some funny rules up to suit them.

And now Fedhealth wants Nadia to requests letter again to prove the operation was urgently needed. This medical aids adverti*****t is a total lie. I think I need to report them to the broadcasting commotion as well.
