Fed up with fed health

My fianc?e Eugene King has only been to the doctor 3 or 4 times since January and now they say his visits has been used up. Everytine i send an email they reply to every other query exept this one. Its impossible to only have 4 docters visits a year. We had to go to the docter again today amd had to pay cash. Whats the pount in having a medical aid then? Seriously considering switching medical aids to someone who actually pays when they are supposed to while I pay so much at the end of each month. Very very upset !!
