Thank you for your generic response, but I expected more than empty assurances. "Attending to my request" doesn’t seem to include resolving an urgent medical crisis that you have caused by denying a life-saving surgery for my wife.
This isn’t just about feedback. It's about the health and well-being of a loyal member who has contributed to your scheme for many years, only to be denied critical care when it's needed most.I’m still waiting for your consultant to address the following:
I trust that your next response will be more specific, time-sensitive, and—most importantly—provide the authorisation needed for the surgery.
Thank you for your generic response, but I expected more than empty assurances. "Attending to my request" doesn’t seem to include resolving an urgent medical crisis that you have caused by denying a life-saving surgery for my wife.
This isn’t just about feedback. It's about the health and well-being of a loyal member who has contributed to your scheme for many years, only to be denied critical care when it's needed most.I’m still waiting for your consultant to address the following:
- The medical urgency of a microdiscectomy to prevent permanent nerve damage.
- Why the surgery, which clearly qualifies under Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB), continues to be denied despite medical recommendations.
- Why Fedhealth is delaying an urgent intervention that could result in irreversible harm.
