Fed health. Worst customers service

Fed health is deducting monthly installment every month, and still suspend my medical aid. Then I need to resend proof of payment again as well as debit order proof. Really.... Worst customer service I ever received. Wonder if the emergency service is just as bad. Most *********** staff every with no regards to you phone bill.
