Fed health - ******** people out of money after cancelling

Fedhealth is ripping me off - after cancelling they advise there is still this huge amount outstanding -when you ask for totals - you get emails and nobody calls you back EVER - the recon doesnt add up and the totals keep increasing. I'm going to take them to the ombudmans if this is not resolved. I would just like to say Amanda Prinsloo is as useless as it get - you can never get hold of her and she cannot explain the recon or statement. Statement shows nothing outstanding yet she still sending me emails that i owe money.

Call centre says there is only one credit controller how is that even possible?? She cant answer calls or explain - but sends threatening emails.
