Fed Health Poor Service

I took ill in September 2022 & had to be admitted to Busamed Private Hospital as its the only hospital in town apart from the Provincial one. When I took the medical plan with FH I clearly told the consultant there was no hospital from their list of service providers here. To date Fed Health haven't honoured the bill from Busamed and its almost a year. It's shameful I am an old woman but keep my premiums constant & find this unacceptable. Try calling them and you are voice promted from A to Z with no joy. How do they expect a patient to be treated if the hospital on their approved panel is out of town?
