Fed Health medical aid is a Useless & pathetic waste of time and money - *******

on the 21 February 2018 fedhealth was sternly advised that i was contactable only via email and that my written notice was given that my son; one of the child dependant members: - would no longer require cover onmy medical aid. I Attached his ID Copy and details, with an instruction that the removal must be effected by the 1st March 2018. to-date this useless waste of time medical aid has not contacted me yet in this regard except for a stupid email reminder last week that I short paid my rates given the new rate for 2018 was more. this disgusting useless ******* did not even have the courtesy send a notice to warn of the purported increase. ****
