Fed-health is useless

Useless customer services requested to speak to the manager was put on hold for an hour by busi or lerato terrible services, tried the online messenger case was closed before it was resolved by molemo..... useless

Dental in hospital co-payment 6500 for a 4 year old, who won't be able to sit still in the doctor's room for 4 filings and one extraction useless medical aid i must say. co-payment for 6500 and i still need to pay for the dentist's account from my savings of which that will be from my medi-vault which ill then have to pay again from my own pocket jerrrrr

Defiantly canceling this medical aid.
