Fed health is nonsense!

Fed health ********ly debits my account again! My last quiry on hello Peter 091119QR7H9R was not resolved. Brendan Davis a Fed health employee called me and told me that despite my unsatisfaction with their medivault that he mentioned that I joined through a broker Angie Jiyane from Alexandra Forbes who did not know their product, I am blinded by a contract until the end of November 2019, this is the same Brendan that I spoke to at the begging of the contract with Fedhealth and he said he is not able to explain their product to me and that the broker Angie from Alexandra Forbes should explain to me he is assisting new members, Brendan then told me that he will cancel my membership end of November he was so arrogant and disrespectful.

I resolved to make a review 091119QR7H9R on hello Peter and was called by Amor Roodp who explain that their fees are upfront and they will debit me end of November for the last time and that should they debit me more I should reverse it. I was then debited twice and reversed one payment as I do not have any standing membership with them.

This morning I received a message stating that there is an outstanding fee from Tebogo when I called him he insists that I owe them. Fedhealth is not to be trusted!
