Fed-health is a BAD medical aid choice especially if you on chronic medication
To Whom May it Concern,
I tried to apply for chronic medication for my wife through fedhealth to no avail. I was initially with TOPMED, However it merged with Fedhealth. According to the PMB rules initially with TOPMED my wife qualified for the chronic medication. I moved over to the same plan according to the advisor at the time... I was told that my wife will qualify for the medication with Fedhealth...This year they are not paying for it even after i provided them with the doctors letter i contacted them on numerous platforms to no avail...Currently i am paying for the medical cost out of my own pocket as they do not want to pay for her medication. I am totally disgusted about the service that this medical aid is giving and i highly recommend that nobody joins them if you have any chronic problems as they are not for the people. I am leaving the end of this year and i will join another medical aid cant wait... I contact them last week and nobody, contacted me back...bad customer service.

I was contacted by your agent and he requested me to contact the chronic section which i did. The Chronic section has still not provided me with the required information. I can't believe how *********** your chronic department is ...Do you understand that they playing with lives !!!! Your service is really bad and i don't think your management cares for there members.
