Fed health ********** do not join

I am utterly disgusted by the no ****ing service received from Fed health for weeks now. All I need is my medical aid certificate updated for the period of time that I have been on the medical for with my daughter in 2017. They gave me an incomplete certificate and I was told it was die to non disclosure *** is that. I am the client how can you close my medical aid due to non disclosure and make it seem that I have comiited ***** when tax returns. I have been in contact with the ombudsman this is pure *****. All they need to do is update my certificate to include the months myself and my daughter was covered for on the medical aid how difficult is that if u could see how many months I have been paying such a huge installment for **** service.please people if you reading this do not join this medical aid. I want an urgent response and a updated medical aid certificate before the end of today for tax submission.
