Fed Health bad service

Hi resigned from the medical aid and they were suppose to pay out my savings. I send them my new medical aid membership certificate which does not include savings yet the consultant debbie Hendricks did not look and paid my entire saving to bank med. Now I struggling to get my money back and fed health is showing a dont care attitude.

I asked for proof of payment so as bankmed can see the payment but that too they wont help me.
