Fed health and hippo Tryikg to rob me

I took out a medical aid with hippo with you guys this month then a day or 2 after it took it out last week I asked hippo to cancel it as I can't afford it now.o get a email form you guys saying it wil.only be canceled in November and I own you over 1k that is impossible for something that I didn't even ues and wss only active for a few days
