FEADHEALTH NOT PAYING ANYTHING

Please don't ever take up this medical aid as they refuse to pay for medication unless its it's a cheap alternative. I have been prescribed medications for severe depression. The depression has caused me to lose income. I did however manage to pay my R8000 a month medical aid. The medication they refused to pay is to prevent me from suicide yet they use the "according to our scheme rules" line. Bottom line is they'd rather see someone who pays them R8000 a month shoot themselves in the head than pay for quality medications. It's more a moral issue to me as I requested they pay from savings since on their new platform you actually just make a loan for savings instead of having savings. They still refused to pay from the "loan" I made from the them. Three weeks in hospital I was was the only patient restricted to certain treatments. Every other medical aid paid. If you want die by the very aid you pay to be there when you need it then please go ahead and get yourself Feadhealth. Be part of the family they say. None of my family would rather see me dead than pay for quality care.
