FEADHEALTH LIES! DONT USE!

Im am VERY disappointed in Fedhealth!! On the 8th I went to my GP with internal bleeding, he imedeatly said I must go for a colonoscopy. The General Surgeon said I had to go for Haemorrhoidectomy and a colonoscopy as I have heavy colon pain. He wanted to do everything the Monday Morning, but only to find out they will take 3days to approve as I was only on the medical aid for less than a year. I had to make another appointment with the surgeon. After 2, the 14the August, working days, they approved everything, I was impressed! Only 2 receive a mail that that the colonoscopy was declined! Im not leaving this here. Im going to every social media platform available to tell what I had experienced with Fedhealth!! You pay your ass off for service like this??? We wanted to upgrade our plan November, but we are going to seek another medical aid for better service, but be VERY sure Im going viral with this!
