F*CK OFF FEDHEALTH!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting f*cking "medical aid". I've only been with them since Dec and it's been nothing but a headache. After numerous issues they have made TWO deductions this month without any warning or reasoning. I now have NO money because of this and cannot get through to anyone at 10.30 on a Saturday. If you are considering them, DON'T! Every month they suspend my cover due to an "outstanding" FUTURE installment! There's absolutely no logic and never a proper reason. Chances are you will have to deal with a rude and unhelpful a*shole when you try and resolve THEIR mistake.
