Family takes care of NOTHING!!!!!!!

Here we go again, after a emergency surgery, fedhealth is still not paying claims. 1. invoice of R38 715.96 fedhealth only pays R8804.92 really a shortfall of R30 000 really why do i have a medical aid, each time when i phone every time there is a different story. Not just that cant fedhealth see there is one massive problem - No you as a member should pay this. This is PMB No this is not our problem. 2. My husband had physio after the operation in hospital - no we don't cover this, you as a member should pay.

Well if i have to pay everything why do i have a medical aid, why should i as a member phone Fedhealth 110 times to get one thing sorted then surprise surprise after one thing sorted, another claims not paid, Seriously i have a day job i cant to your work for you as well and i have a medical aid for peace of mind and to be honest all I'm getting is more headaches and worries. I will be taking this further as I'm so tired of fighting and not achieving anything.
