Family takes care of family? Maybe they mean our real family not them !!!

It's been over 2 weeks now we going back and forth over my savings money, every consultant I get hold of tells me a complete whole new story , I have never used their medical aid not even once even though I have been paying every single month now I cancelled and asking back my savings money the buck gets passed on to the next person after another , like every single person is *********** and there is no decision maker , apparently my money has been sent to me on Thursday already no matter how dumb we are there is no way a transaction can take this long irrespective of different banks , now I called and asked for a reference number of the transactions so I can query with my bank but guess what no one seems to know it I guess they don't file their transactions. God forbid I hate this name now called fedhealth I can only hope all the company u render service too pull out and go to the big market players .. useless company you are now , by the way everything u have asked I have sent and on time to be exact
