Family does NOT take care of family

My son went for a procedure last year. Today i get a call (12 months later) from the service provider - Fedhealth only paid roughly 30% of the claim - when ive been told , and my scheme states, that its a fully paid procedure? A year later....a Year people!!! Family takes care of family my behind! Why do i pay more than 4 grand for a medical aid that doesnt take care of me? Not the first time this has happened btw. Seriously considering moving to Discovery as im sick of this type of **** happening.
