False Intentions and poor communication
Attempting to obtain authorisation for a cataract procedure, use of the elect doctor/hospital were used as used by Fedhealth. It was confirmed that the 15k Co payment would be waived but now I need to fight for this waiver to be app****. The excuse, not on the list. It makes a person wonder, why proclaim being a medical who cares when it's not the case. Truly and utterly disappointed
