Extremely UNFAIR service

Terrible Service NON EXISTENT Nightmare thereafter No proper advice always miss led continually After resigning continually having to ask for confirmation we terminated then conveniently no reply to many emails sent then Receive Statements after termination Certificate sent Termination THEN Applications sent instead of Termination Confirmation. I Can never get a Manager to assist BAD service all round How do you get away without paying them MORE after terminating These people are not above Board or ever transparent Never Someone help us Please ITS SHOCKING SERVICE
