Extremely confusing communication.
I've received "no-reply" communication from Fedhealth with "a Late Joiner Penalty where applicable!!"
I've been a member for several years.
You are wishing me Happy New Year on the 3rd of February... Are you referring to 2026 or the Chinese New Year on 10 February.
I am not sure which company you have outsourced your marketing and communication to but it is extremely confusing.
