Exceptional service received from Fedhealth and the Call Centre Agent

Wow experience, received first time resolution to my enquiries from the CC Agent Marlon. He was patient, clear and knew his product 200% I did not have to repeat my questions or ask him to come down to my level for me to understand the product as he was so well equip to deal with each and everything I had concerns about. Due to his amazing service I have decided to stay with Fedhealth as they have my best interest at heart and I am at the right Scheme for any of my medical needs. Fedhealth ROCKS!!!! I would recommend the Scheme to anyone as they do not force benefits on their members they provide the opportunity to the members to make choices as to what medical services we require.
