Exceptional Recovery and Follow-up

Big big thanks to Fedhealth and Ryan Go the agent who worked tirelessly on this complaint/claim. He really went the extra mile, worked tirelessly on a number of issues. Fedhealth should hang on to this guy. He is professional, patient, courteous, dedicated and respectful of his customer. The daily follow-ups at 15:30 were like clockwork and just made all the difference. It was like someone cared. Well done Ryan and thank you.<br> <br> Still frustrating is that medical aids who clearly hate PMBs can write you letter upon letter about the codes you don't have on your claims. Its a total mystery and very easy for doctors and hospitals to put the wrong codes on claims and auths. Fedhealth needs a better service to help people correctly identify codes and correct them where required a rather than just continuously fobbing them off Debbie Steytler. The issues were on the verge of destroying my mother financially and could have been avoided.<br> <br> Nevertheless Fedhealth is clearly driving a culture of accountability, because staff were in the end excellent and we are very happy with the company supporting us in the end.<br> <br> Kind regards, Simon Just
