Excellent Service received

I am not the easiest person to deal with when phoning a call centre. And I was not the easiest person when I phoned Theresa. I must say that she has a great attitude, handled the call with such excellent professionalism and that cannot go unnoticed. <br> <br> I feel that everyone should know that she is doing amazing work. <br> <br> Thank you Theresa, I hope your managers see your hard work and that you get rewarded.
