Dear Fedhealth I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mbali Vilakazi , for the excellent service she provided me this morning (15.01.2018). Ms Vilakazi was very friendly, and professional, and even went the extra mile by contacting the main member of the medical plan (my father) as I had not received consent.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Vilakazi's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with fedhealth in the near further.
