Excellent Customer Service

Jacques Mitton was very helpful. He explained certain processes on the Fedhealth Family Login Room. He further assisted in correcting the medivault activation.

As if that was not enough he resubmitted the claim (which was placed on hold) to ensure the funds are paid over to the supplier.

In my books Jacques is knowledgeable about his work and is very customer orientated. It is not every day as a customer you come across a employee who is so customer driven and knowledgeable about their work.

Well done Jacques and keep up the excellent work ethic.
