Exceeded my expectations

Fedhealth has once again exceeded my expectations in the way they handle grievances. I had an issue with service received from just one employee and upon submitting my complaint, a thorough investigation was done, and action was taken to ensure my perception of their service is not damaged due to one bad interaction. I was assured that this is not their standard of service - which I believe. Furthermore, Fed health offers INCREDIBLE benefits with no hidden costs. I've had no issues getting claims paid and did not have to make one co-payment, ever. With their flexible savings option I even get so save money by having the option to only pay for the savings that I actually use. Truely outstanding.
