Empty Promises

I app**** for medical aid Fathima phoned me took my details down I send all the documents required emailed and phoned. I was told that we could go on medical aid and 1st premium goes off 1st September, I asked double she said NO I confirmed this again. I was also told that I would have my members certificate by lose of business Friday and still nothing I have send emails and phoned with no response and she is not available what poor service and this from fedhealth wow. I want my members certificate by close of business today or I will take the matter further
