Emotional Trauma

<p>A month ago my partner and I had the unfortunate experience of a miscarriage , a week later she gets a call from a consultant asking "if we had a baby" , I'm appalled by your lack of empathy and incompetence as surely you have the ICD 10 codes . Furthermore you supposedly had a glitch on your system as the hospital bill was not covered 100% and then had to pay the lab only to find out that it was paid and now becomes my responsibility to claim my money back .</p>
