edhealth uses my entire savings for 'outstanding debt' that is on arrangement

<p>Once more I am back in this position with Fedhealth.</p> <p>There was an outstanding balance on my membership through no fault of mine. It was in fact Fedhealths negligence and 'new assessor' that caused the problem. I requested that an arrangement be put in place which Fedhealth agreed to. Now suddenly all my new savings have been depleted due to once more negligence on Fedhealths part. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO WAKE UP! YOU ARE CLOSE TO LOSING THIS CLIENT OVER THE POOR QUALITY OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have a blind husband, a diabetic mother and 4 children under 12 and no savings. How does this medical aid benefit me if you cant do simple admin?</p> <p> </p>
