E mails out false approval letters

My Domestic has now been on your medical aid for over 5 years, from TopMed days. I pay her monthly premiums. She fell and hurt her foot at home and went to see her Doctor who in turn referred her to a Specialist, he advised that she needs an Mri and x-ray. On the 8th she got her Approval letter , showing APPROVED, with a auth number. It costed her R160 taxi fare to get to the hospital, just be told it's actually declined. Why do you do this to your members??????

Fedhealth just said, letter was sent by mistake, but a correction letter was sent a few day later to decline the scan. We then asked how we can get this approved as it's about R10 000 (covered in hospital only, not out of hospital), they then advised that the specialist should write a motivation letter.... they still declined it.
