Dying here waiting for service

<p>It has been twee weeks since my last report and to date I have not had any feedback from these people except for telling me they will look into it and get back to me that has been two weeks also. From my mail send to them with all the ref nrs and documentation send to them on the 21\11\2016 there also haven’t been any response let alone feedback. This has been dragging on now for a year that they haven’t paid the dr in full. And I had full authorization and I used a dr from there network. What more must be done to get service or feedback from this *** medical aid. As your website is clearly misleading, false advertising and not true at all – “Run by members for members, we’re a scheme governed with a completely transparent approach where every member is important.” As I do not feel very important an feel like just another nr on your system</p> <p> </p>
