Dwindeling benefits

When we joined Fedhealth (decision was based on their advertising and promises), xrays and specialised radiology were advertised as paid from Risk and not your savings, whether in or out of hospital. I hereby request written communication of when this was changed to now only apply to specialised /advanced radiology. Kindly submit this within 5 working days. Failure to provide such will initiate a request for an investigation by the Ombudsman.<br> <br> Every year the premiums go up substantially yet the benefits decline. I'm utterly disgusted in the manner you lure your members into a scheme with false hopes and benefits. <br> <br> Tried speaking to a consultant this morning, but I quickly gathered that she has no idea which benefits apply to which plans. I'm seriously considering terminating my loyal membership and moving to your opposition.<br> <br> Based on feedback from a group of 14k people (and my opinion included), Fedhealth used to be the best (the operative words there, USED TO BE) but unfortunately you have lost the plot. Guess that's what happens when greed steps in and you grow too big too quickly.
