Don't join Fedhealth - they only pretend to care.

Fedhealth are very competent and enthusiastic when it comes to ensuring that premiums are paid, but when it comes to paying out money owing to their clients it is sadly the exact opposite. After clearly following stringent, drawn out and complicated instructions to receive my savings contribution back, and being informed by Fedhealth that I would receive my payout by the 15th September at the latest, I'm still waiting. Instead of an apology, all I received was a blunt request for more information. This is totally unacceptable. Think twice before signing up with medical aids who pretend to care, until something actually goes wrong.
