Don't join fedhealth, **** artists

I have never had such a bad medical aid. I needed surgery and was given every excuse under the sun as to why they won't cover the costs. If I pushed back on one excuse and proved them wrong they would come back with something else. One consultant even said that the surgery should be approved and covered and referred back to their manager for approval , with emails stating it will be covered only to turn around and change their minds. Customer service is **** poor , no urgency , no understanding and no empathy.
