Don't ever consider Fedhealth for medical cover

If I had know that Fedhealth would be so ***********, I never would have joined them. Somewhere there is an error on my profile - the (very nice) staff at the call centre assure me that everything is correct, but the claims from the healthcare providers are being declined. So all that I continuously get from Fedhealth is that the problem has been escalated and I get given a new reference number. From there, it is impossible to actually speak to a human being. Don't go near them.
