I have been trying to query a claim that’s supposed to be paid out to me. I keep emailing and phoning and no one gets back to me. This place is ridiculous. How can they treat people like this. The claim was approved and I even got an email saying I will be refunded . But nothing yet. My membership: ********** 1001 - GJ Pieterse-Boyle
