Do you at Fedhealth think you are above the law???

My son Died in Sept 2009. He had two kids, Ruben and Mia. The two children was placed in foster care at their Mothers parents in 2014. We, their Fathers parents received a court order that we are responsible for their medical service's During May/June 2014 we did put them on our medical aid Fedhealth. We also provide them with the written court order. After a fight wit Fedhealth it was approved. Now we received a dependant renewal for the two children and we again submit ALL the necessary documents. What a shock to reseive a letter from Fedhealth on the 18 June 2015, said that Fedhealt have decided that RUBEN and MIA Parsons nO LONGER Qualifies as child dependant under our membership!!! Realy??? We pay R15000-00 per month for contribution!!!!And this is their attitude????Are They above the Law to NOT accept a COURT ORDER??????
