do NOT put your health in the hands of this lot!!!

My elderly parents who have been on the highest scheme paying an exorbitant monthly premium are just hung out to dry by FedHealth. So after paperwork mess ups, account freezing and unpaid claims - I have tried speaking with them on multiple occasions, I have involved a lawyer.... still absolutely disgusting treatment!
