So after numerous calls and speculation I would not recommend Fedhealth to any one, most pathetic medical aid EVER, You pay for a family of 3 members R5000,00 P/M for medical aid just to find out every time you need medical attention or assistance that “ O sorry your medical aid doesn’t cover it you must pay cash R8454.79 of R7900.00 before we can render service to you. Also, if you join then you should tell them that you are going to have medical conditions that you are unaware of before you become aware of the medical condition 2 years in advance before they will cover the specialist, doctor, scans. Call center agent is unhelpful on all that they say is it’s not our problem and you need to access the Medi vault and then you monthly premium will increase. This is totally unacceptable unprofessional and pathetic we should have listed to family and friends and went to Discovery from the beginning!!!!!!!
