Distressed new mom

Fedhealth is not trustworthy I enquired before my hospitalization regarding what do they cover as I'm on a hospital plan they sent the list of hospitals that are under their network I had to change my Gynacologist last minute because they said the hospital I was going for is not under their network which was mediclinic I then changed to netcare in Pretoria East I booked for bed and hospital authorization on time and I was hospitalized unfortunately I had to have emergency c-section due to my baby's health and I had booked for the 4th of July but ended up being hospitalized on the 31st of March now they are telling me about co-payment that was never mentioned to me I've been calling following up since being discharged from the hospital because they had not paid up my hospital fees for over 2 weeks of my hospitalization now I'm calling and they keep telling me different stories everytime I speak to a different person they say different things and I do not have that cos payment because that's why I asked before I even went to that hospital Iwas avoiding such I'm a new mom and I'm just in DISTRESS because of this medical aid I can't even enjoy my motherhood worried when the hospital will call and say I owe the hospital
