Dissatisfied

I purchased items at Spar pharmacy via savings and it was declined. I contacted Fedhealth and I was told they did an ‘override’ and I need to return to Spar pharmacy. I went back and again declined. I contacted Fedhealth again and I was told to go to the pharmacy after 2 April 2025 in order for Fedhealth to make payment. I went to the pharmacy again for the THIRD time and their system shows that I cannot get the items. The staff do not know what they are advising clients and they cannot even explain to me which items I may not obtain through my ‘savings’. I just wasted three trips to the pharmacy. After more than a month, this is ridiculous.
