Disgusting service. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusting service For the past two months my mom has been trying to remove me as a dependent on the medical aid they ignored us for the first two weeks they then told us we need to sign a part of the document that we didn’t need to regarding the company paying the medical aid which it doesn’t however we got it done they then ignored us a further two and a half weeks then came up with another story we need to re do a section of the form and they keep sending us around the block when we asked them to tell us exactly what they need and we will do it Then when we do it they come up with reasons to pro long taking the dependent off

This company is absolutely disgusting the way they talk to their clients and the way they handle queries is disgusting I will make sure this is known all over social media!! We are still waiting for them to get back to us since last week and guess what!! They need the letter head for the company to be in another section now and not the section they originally told us to put it in!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they have awful service and will hold on to clients for their dear life clearly because they are often loosing clients due to the horrible service
