Disgusting Service

I have never had such shocking service in my life. This medical aid changes all their schemes and then has NO clue what is going on. They reject claims left right and center. They send you sms's telling you that your medical aid has be terminated for no reason. They never get back to you I have left numerous messages for Kagiso I have emailed the member email address nothing its a joke
